Terms of Service

LucidAgentMind provides fixed-scope analysis engagements, as described on the Business Evidence Audit page. Each engagement delivers a structured, dollar-ranked recommendation set built from your business data, with source evidence, step-by-step arithmetic, labeled assumptions, and a measurement plan, plus a 60-minute readout call. The scope stated on the sales page at the time of purchase is the scope of the engagement.

The Business Evidence Audit is $2,500, fixed, paid at purchase through Stripe. There is no hourly billing and no change orders within scope.

Fully refundable until analysis begins. We'll notify you the day analysis begins. One clarification-and-correction pass is included within 14 days of delivery, and in-scope questions are answered for 14 days after delivery.

100% of the audit fee credits toward the first month of Evidence Monitor or toward a platform build, elected within 90 days of delivery. The credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, must be elected within 90 days of delivery, and cannot exceed the first invoice it is applied to. When applied to Evidence Monitor, the credit requires a three-month initial term. When applied to a platform build, no minimum applies.

The quality of the analysis depends on the data you provide. You agree to provide accurate business records, to designate one point of contact, and to respond to mapping confirmations in a timely way. Complete data is due within 10 calendar days of purchase, extendable by agreement; delivery is due within 10 business days of complete data receipt.

You own your data and every delivered artifact. LucidAgentMind and Lucid Ventures retain the platform, methods, and software.

Your records, the findings we deliver, and the fact of the engagement itself are treated as confidential. A signed Data Handling Agreement accompanies every engagement; where it and these terms differ, the signed agreement controls.

We do not guarantee any dollar outcome. We guarantee the evidence discipline described in the Evidence Standard: every number traces to your data or a named assumption, and where a figure can't be supported, the recommendation says so.

The service is analysis of operations and economics. It is not accounting, tax, or legal advice. We are not your CPA or attorney.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Lucid Ventures LLC arising out of or relating to an engagement is capped at the fees you paid for that engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your purchase governs that engagement. Material changes will be dated on this page.
