What we collect, why, and how long we keep it — in plain language.

What we collect
Contact information you give us (name, business name, email), payment information handled entirely by Stripe (we never see your card number), and the business records you provide during an engagement.
How it's used
To deliver the engagement you purchased — and for nothing else. We do not use advertising trackers, cross-site tracking, or marketing-profile analytics. We use limited first-party, cookieless site analytics (Vercel Analytics) to measure page views and conversion events.
Subprocessors
Four services process information on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Anthropic (model API used to assist analysis). No others.
Retention
Engagement data is retained 90 days after delivery, then deleted — earlier on request, and longer only while Evidence Monitor is active for your business. Contact and payment records are kept as long as needed for bookkeeping and legal obligations.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. Your customer records are not used to train models, and they do not improve recommendations for other customers except under explicit written consent.
Your requests
To export your records, ask for deletion, or ask anything about this policy, email DMT@LucidDataMind.com. Requests are answered by the founder, not a queue.
